Preparation Instructions

Boil 1 quart of water and after boiling point is reached, remove from heat.  Add 1 tea bag into the water and let it steep for 5-8 hours for best absorption.  Pour 3 additional quarts of water for a total of 1 gallon and refrigerate. Drink a cup 3 times a day after each meal.
